Niklas Bergström has extensive work experience in HR operations and systems. Niklas started their career at Kesko - K-Group in 2014 and held various leadership roles, including Vice President and Director of HR Operations. Niklas was responsible for HR systems, processes, reporting, and analytics. Prior to that, they worked at K-instituutti Oy as a Development Manager and Training Manager, focusing on eLearning and IT-related projects. Niklas also has experience in security and logistics roles. Overall, Niklas has a strong background in HR operations and systems management.

Niklas Bergström completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Information Technology from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences between 2007 and 2012.
