Jarkko Karjalainen has extensive experience in corporate law and management, currently serving as Vice President of M&A at Kesko Corporation since April 2009, where previous roles included Investment Director and Corporate Counsel. Jarkko held the position of Managing Director at Konekesko Ltd from June 2017 to October 2022, overseeing its divestment and dissolution. Prior legal experience includes Senior Legal Counsel at Nokia Corporation and various positions at Kesko Corporation, Ministry of Finance, Sonera Corp., and the Financial Supervision Authority. Jarkko holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki, earned between 1991 and 1996.
