Julia Rinne is a Personnel Specialist at Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue since May 2023, focusing on innovating and developing onboarding processes within the wellbeing services county of Central Finland. Prior to this role, Julia served as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner at Keski-Suomen Sairaala Nova from January 2022 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading the onboarding team in the Emergency Department and implementing the Intro onboarding platform. Julia's extensive nursing experience includes serving as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse and team leader at Keski-Suomen sairaanhoitopiiri (KSSHP) from February 2016 to February 2022, as well as roles in the Cardiological Department and Emergency Room earlier in the career. Julia holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Development and Leadership of Emergency Care from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, a Bachelor's in Nursing from Tampere University of Applied Sciences, and a Vocational Qualification in Social and Health Care focused on Emergency Care from Jyväskylä Vocational School, along with specialized education in Social and Health Administration and National Research Nurse education.
