The current pipeline includes 60+ in Europe, the Middle East & North Africa and Eurasia.

The Project and Operations Team at Kerten Hospitality is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of various mixed-use, ESG and lifestyle projects, ensuring they align with the company's goal of transforming destinations through impactful collaborations. This team manages the operational aspects of hotels, residences, workspaces, and social hubs. They also work closely with other branded Food & Beverage, Retail, Entertainment, Art, and Wellness brands to create unique, community-centric destinations that connect international and local travelers.
