Tracey Hamnett currently serves as the Group Content Manager at Kersia, starting in April 2024, where the focus is on creating a food-safe world. Prior to this role, Tracey worked as the Head of Learning and Development at Birtwistles Catering Butchers from June 2022 to April 2024. Tracey's extensive experience at BT Consumer from September 2015 to March 2022 involved managing the quality of training delivery for BT, EE, and PlusNet as a Senior Training Operations Manager. Tracey also held significant roles at Openreach, including Performance Manager, where efforts were directed at enhancing coaching for performance culture, and earlier as Operations Manager, leading engineers to maintain customer focus and drive business growth. Tracey's career at BT began in September 2007 as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects across multiple departments, and included roles in sales, billing, and customer service training.
