Alban Houssin has extensive experience in the field of M&A, having worked in various roles in different companies. Currently, Alban holds the position of Head of M&A, JV and Healthcare BU at Kersia, a PE backed international Group leader in biosecurity and food safety. Prior to this, Alban was a M&A Manager at Groupe Roullier and a Senior Consultant at KPMG TRANSACTION SERVICES. With a background in corporate finance and asset management, Alban has worked on various cross-border acquisitions, integration projects, and financial due diligence assignments. Alban holds a Master's degree in Management with a specialization in Corporate Finance from ESCP Business School.
