Stacey Jaffe Wachtfogel currently serves as Chief People Officer at Kernel Foods, a plant-forward concept leveraging technology to transform the food industry, since May 2024. Prior to this role, Stacey was the CHRO and SVP of People at Gotham Greens from March 2020 to May 2024, and held various senior HR positions, including Chief Human Resources Officer at Makovsky and SVP of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at MSLGROUP New York. Additional experience includes roles at Accenture, Mastercard International, Deutsche Bank, and Morgan Stanley. Stacey holds a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from The New School and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.
