Sura Al-Zghoul currently serves as a Projektmanager at KERN Global Language Services since September 2023, following previous roles that include Business Hub Branch Manager at Migrate, where a 20% increase in sales revenue was achieved through strong relationship building and innovative marketing strategies. Sura has also held the position of Business Support Officer, conducting thorough research and facilitating communication to enhance business operations. Earlier experience includes a traineeship in Localization Project Management at KERN Global Language Services, managing multiple projects while establishing client relationships. Sura holds a Master's degree in European Studies from the University of Düsseldorf and a degree in German and English for Business and Communication from the German Jordanian University, alongside additional studies in Oriental Studies and a secondary education certificate.
