Carly Dawson has extensive experience in administrative and managerial roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Assistant to the Director and Administrative Coordinator at the Kern County Public Health Services Department since August 2019, Carly previously worked as a Property Manager at Royal T Management and as an Auto Claims Adjuster at Capital Insurance Group. Carly’s career began at Smart & Final, where duties varied from Service Manager to Sales Associate Cashier over a span of twelve years, showcasing strong leadership, customer service, and inventory management skills. Educationally, Carly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Ashford University, supplemented by studies at Bakersfield College and California State University, Bakersfield.
