Markus Burkhard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Markus worked at the Kern Group from 2006 to present, starting as Controller Betriebsbuchhaltung and progressing to Leiter Controlling. Currently, they hold the role of CFO. Prior to this, Markus served as Leiter Finanzen FC M¨¹nster from 2007 onwards. In 2003, they were the Leiter der Gesch?ftsstelle at FC Thun AG. Markus Burkhard began their career as a Sachbearbeiter Innendienst at Carbamed in 1992, where they stayed until 1998.

Markus Burkhard obtained a Digital CFO certification from Veb.ch in 2022. Prior to that, they completed a diploma in practical controlling from Controller Akademie Z¨¹rich, spanning from 2019 to 2020. In 2009, Markus received their Eidg. Fachmann Finanz- und Rechnungswesen qualification from AKAD.
