Florian Valeyre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production management. As the current Directeur d'usine at KERMENE since April 2022, Florian has previously held the position of Responsable d’unité de production at Euralis Ateliers Culinaires from May 2017 to April 2022, focusing on team development, safety initiatives, waste reduction, and enhancing production yields. Prior to that, Florian served as Responsable de site et Methode at LE GRAND LEJON, overseeing production and logistics across two sites and implementing various production methodologies and safety training. Florian's career began at STALAVEN, where responsibilities included managing production for both pastry and prepared meals sectors over a span of 16 years. Florian holds a Master's degree in Management and Administration of Enterprises from IEMN-IAE, completed between 2019 and 2021.
