Simone Benetazzo has extensive experience in marketing and commercial strategy within the eyewear and luxury sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Marketing, Communication & Distribution at Kering Eyewear since November 2015, additional roles include Global Head of Marketing & Go-to-Market and Head of Go-to-Market for Luxury Brands. Prior to Kering, Simone was the Dior Global Commercial Strategy Director at Safilo from June 2010 to October 2015, and held various positions including Business Development Director at Lucky Ball and Retail Director at Loop Vision. Early career experience includes a role as Commercial Controller at JOSEPH. Simone holds an MBA from IE Business School and a degree in Marketing & Strategy from Università Bocconi.
