Gzim Ademi has extensive work experience in the field of IT. Gzim started their career as an IT Specialist at the World Bank in 2002 and worked there until 2005. Gzim then joined DynCorp-Hiberna as an IT Technician from 2005 to 2008. In 2009, Gzim joined KEP Trust and held various roles including Systems/Network Administrator until 2016. Currently, they are the Head of IT at KEP Trust.

Gzim Ademi completed a Master's degree in Information Systems and Management from UBT - University for Business and Technology between 2018 and 2021.
