Lisa Cleminson serves as the Service Delivery Director at KeolisAmey Metrolink since February 2024, drawing on extensive experience in customer and logistics operations. Prior to this role, Lisa was the Customer Operations Director at Transport for Wales from January 2022 to February 2024 and held the position of Head of Terminal Customer Operations at Manchester Airport from July 2019 to January 2022. Lisa's career began at Greggs PLC and PepsiCo, where responsibilities included transport and logistics management. Lisa holds a BA Hons in Human Resource Management from Teesside University.
