Mosongo Maosa is the Managing Partner at Mosongo & Company Advocates since December 2018 and serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Kituo Cha Sheria Legal Advice Centre and a Member of The Management Board at Marlowlink Timber Products Limited, providing legal guidance on corporate issues. In addition, Mosongo is a Professional Trainer at the Kenya Institute Of Supplies Management and a Subject Matter Expert at the Kenya School of Revenue Administration, focusing on training and consultancy in procurement and legal matters. Previous experience includes roles as a Legal Associate and Pupil at Omenta & Company Advocates, where responsibilities included court representation, legal document preparation, and client management, as well as an internship at the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs. Mosongo holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Jomo Kenyatta University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Law Democracy & Good Governance at the University of Nairobi, along with additional studies at the European Business Institute of Luxembourg.
