Nickson Munene is a skilled SCADA Engineer at Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited, specializing in the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Power SAS/SCADA Systems for the Kenya Electricity Transmission Grid since August 2017. Previously, Nickson served as a Project Engineer at ABB from August 2008 to July 2017, where responsibilities included site surveys for over 70 power stations and preparation of risk assessment and method statement documents. Nickson began the professional journey as a Project Supervisor at Ultimate Engineering Ltd from July 2006 to July 2008, overseeing small maintenance projects and working as a technician. Nickson holds a Higher National Diploma in Engineering from The Kenya Polytechnic (2003-2005) and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Power Option, from Kirinyaga Technical Institute (2000-2002).
