Vinoth Manoharan is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in Intelligent Automation and business technology management. Currently serving as the Global Technology Director and Head of Intelligent Automation at Kenvue, Vinoth is responsible for shaping and executing the Enterprise Intelligent Automation strategy on a global scale. Prior experience includes roles at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health as Director of Technology Engineering, where leadership spanned the deployment of IT Sales Systems and vendor relationship management, among other responsibilities. Additional experience at PepsiCo Canada involved delivering IT solutions aimed at operational efficiency and analytics, while earlier positions at Aon and Telus Mobility focused on system analysis and client support. Vinoth holds a B.Comm in Business Technology Management from Toronto Metropolitan University and has demonstrated a commitment to aligning technology initiatives with business strategies throughout a diverse career.
