Mike Williams is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in managing global teams and delivering IT service management solutions. As the Senior Director of End User Operations & ITSM at Kenvue since January 2023, Mike leads a diverse team of over 200 personnel, including managed service provider staff, to enhance technology services across more than 150 sites. Prior to Kenvue, Mike held various leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson from 2011 to 2022, culminating in the position of IT Director, where responsibilities included enterprise strategy and governance for ITSM processes. Mike's career encompasses significant roles at Grant Thornton LLP and SMART Business Advisory and Consulting, alongside early experience at Arthur Andersen. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
