Lynne Szczepaniak is currently the Vice President and Global Head of Regulatory Affairs at Kenvue since March 2023, following a long tenure at Johnson & Johnson where Lynne served as VP and Global Head of Regulatory Affairs from March 2013. In this role, Lynne led a team of over 300 professionals responsible for Global Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, and Policy, overseeing Rx to OTC switches, OTC medicines, cosmetics, and supplements, while also managing strategic initiatives for the business's separation from J&J. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Lynne was the Head of Global Regulatory Affairs and Safety at Procter & Gamble Health Care from 2009 to 2012, tasked with establishing a robust global OTC Regulatory and Safety framework post-divestiture. Lynne’s career at Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals spanned roles including R&D Director and Global Director of Regulatory Affairs, contributing to consistent approval milestones. Academically, Lynne holds a degree in Clinical Nutrition from RIT.
