Jukka Karppinen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the consumer health sector. Currently serving as the Head of Finance for the Nordic region at Kenvue and previously at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, Jukka has held significant positions including Country Controller for Sweden and Finland, and Senior Commercial Analyst in the same regions. Prior roles include Business Controller at Lexmark International, Inc., and various accounting leadership positions at Philips Consumer Lifestyle. Jukka began their career with Metso as a project assistant in SOx and internal audit. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Professional Accountancy with a focus on Strategic Financial Management from the University of London, and an ACCA qualification obtained between 2013 and 2019.
