Donna Scarola is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Global Head of Performance & Organizational Effectiveness at Kenvue since February 2024, Donna leads global organizational design and transformation initiatives. Additionally, Donna is an adjunct instructor at New York University, teaching courses in the Human Capital Analytics & Technology Masters Program. Previous roles include Senior Director of Talent Strategy at Covetrus, Chief People, Purpose & Culture Officer at Parcl, and various leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson related to human resources and talent development. Donna's educational background includes a Master's in Human Resources from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's in Behavioral Sciences from Seton Hall University.
