Alutha Moshani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business technology and IT management, currently serving as the Business Technology Leader for Sub Saharan Africa at Kenvue since May 2023 and as a Business Technology Manager at Johnson & Johnson since September 2022. Moshani has been an active Advisory Board Member for WOMEN IN TECH - Global Movement since July 2021, focusing on promoting STEM initiatives in disadvantaged areas. Prior roles include leadership positions at Sanlam, where Moshani empowered women in IT and served as an IT Executive. Moshani’s career also includes significant roles at Distell and other companies, showcasing a strong background in project management, strategy formulation, and business process improvement. Moshani holds a Master of Philosophy in Inclusive Innovation from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town.
