Rachel C. Hampton, MPA, MC, currently serves as the Director of Student Activities and LMS Admin at Kentucky State University, where responsibilities include overseeing Blackboard system maintenance and optimizing user experiences across campus departments. With experience as a Match Support Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago, Rachel manages daily operations and program performance tracking. Previous roles include Human Resources Coordinator at The Chicago Community Trust, Learning Management Systems Administrator at PLS Financial Services, and Scheduler/Training Coordinator at JSA Healthcare Corporation. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Human Service from Purdue Global and both a Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kentucky State University.
