Kristina Gerard, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail operations, finance, and donor relations. Currently serving as the Director of Retail Operations at the Kentucky Derby Museum since February 2020, Kristina previously held various leadership roles at the Speed Art Museum from January 2007 to January 2020, including Director of Finance, Finance and Donor Relations Director, and Manager of Visitor Services and Retail Operations. Earlier career roles include Computer Consultant at the University of Kentucky and Sales Associate at the Discovery Channel Store. Kristina holds a Master's in Business Administration from Indiana University Southeast and a Bachelor’s in Arts Administration from the University of Kentucky.
