Tereshia Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tereshia started their career as an Internal Auditor at Childers Oil Co, where they were responsible for inventory audit and analysis across multiple locations. Tereshia then worked as a Regional Sales Executive at TransTech Merchant Group, overseeing sales operations in various states and implementing new business software for clients. Later, Tereshia was a Business Owner at US 23 Peddlers Exchange, LLC, managing the overall operations of the business. Tereshia also owned and operated Squirrelly Home Designs, where they focused on graphic design and development of CNC Laser Designs for clients. Tereshia's entrepreneurial ventures continued with their ownership of East Kentucky Marina, LLC, where they managed a boat marina, water park, and amusement park. At Appalachian Artisan Center, they served as Director of Development, and more recently, they worked as a Multi-Media Account Executive at Appalachian News-Express. Currently, Tereshia is a Donor Recruitment Specialist at Kentucky Blood Center. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in business development, client management, graphic design, and sales.
Tereshia Thomas obtained their high school diploma from Shelby Valley High School between 2000 and 2004. Later, they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Big Sandy Community and Technical College, studying there from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they completed another AAS degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Morehead State University from 2008 to 2010.
