Tonya Littlejohn-Moore has a distinguished career with the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts, serving from June 1992 until retirement in August 2018, where multiple roles, including Supervisor and Director, were held. In overseeing the District Criminal, Civil District, Probate, Mental Inquest, Juvenile, Non-Support, Family Court, and the Domestic Violence Intake Center, Tonya managed operations within Jefferson County, noted for having the largest case load in Kentucky and providing 24-hour emergency services. Tonya holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Louisville and graduated with a diploma from Manual High School.
