Rachel Walter is a seasoned professional in higher education and career advising with extensive experience at Kent State University since September 2014, currently serving as a Senior Advisor I. With a strong focus on student support and retention, Rachel manages a caseload of 350-550 students, provides mentorship, and leads innovative courses for at-risk students in the College of Education, Health and Human Services.
