Monica Poulo currently serves as the Senior Director of Sales at Kensington Tours, a position held since June 2021, after previously working in the same company as the Director of Sales from May 2017 to April 2021. Prior to this, Monica was a Marketing Project Manager at TripArc for a brief period from November 2020 to May 2021. Monica began their career at Kensington Tours as a Sales Lead and has experience as an Administrative Assistant at Brock University from September 2016 to June 2017. Transitioning from academic roles, Monica was a Shift Lead at Jack Astor's Bar and Grill for three years. Monica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University, complemented by international studies at the University of Mannheim.
