Rhian Gait-Parker currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Kennedys IQ since March 2023, following a brief tenure in the same role at Assura Protect. Previous experience includes Head of Operations at IQUW and ERS, where responsibilities encompassed managing Claims, Underwriting, Finance, and Learning and Development functions, alongside roles focusing on operational delivery in personal injury and litigation claims. Rhian has also held director positions at Right Legal and HR Solutions Ltd and Graeme John Ltd, providing HR consultancy services, and has a background in legal advice management at DAS Legal Expenses Insurance. Rhian Gait-Parker holds a Law degree and completed the Law Society Finals at the University of Exeter.
