Timothy Kelly is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong focus on power distribution in water and wastewater facilities. Currently working at Kennedy Jenks since July 2023, Timothy previously held positions at GHD from February 2011 to July 2020, where responsibilities included designing power distribution, instrumentation, and control systems for various water and wastewater facilities, along with creating contract documents. Earlier, as a project engineer at NLG Engineering, PC from January 2006 to May 2009, Timothy developed contract drawings and performed various analyses. Additional experience includes an internship at ABS American Bureau of Shipping, where evaluations of ship electrical systems were conducted, a bio-med department internship at Orange Regional Medical Center Hospital focused on medical equipment safety, and a technician role at Travel Centers of America. Timothy holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York Maritime College and an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from SUNY Orange.
