Keith Parker is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management, primarily within the construction and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants since March 2014, Keith previously held similar roles at Vanir Construction Management and Parametrix, Inc., managing significant projects such as the City of Port Angeles Combined Sewer Overflow Phase 1 Project. Career highlights include senior management positions at RW Beck and a lengthy tenure at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, where responsibilities escalated from junior staff engineer to Manager of Municipal Services. With a BS in Civil Engineering from Washington State University, Keith has contributed to the design and implementation of numerous utility projects across Washington.
