Ruud Schepers is a Senior Associate Attorney at Kennedy Van der Laan, where professional involvement spans from December 2015 to the present, progressing from Junior Attorney to Associate Attorney. Additionally, Ruud Schepers serves as a Guest Lecturer in Employment Law at Windesheim and holds the position of Chairman at the Association for Young Employment Law Attorneys since November 2018. As a Partner at the National Think Tank since January 2018, Ruud has also contributed as a Board Member for Stichting Zorg na Werk in Coronazorg from April 2020 to July 2023 and practiced law at VerbeekdeCaluwe Advocaten in early 2015. Ruud's educational background includes a Master of Laws with a focus on Employment Law, Constitutional Law, and Criminal Law from the University of Groningen, completed between 2013 and 2014, and an additional degree from the Dutch Bar Association.
