Marcelo Campos has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Marcelo began their career at ZF Group as a Process Technician from 1985 to 1996. Marcelo then joined Kennametal as a Product Manager Holemaking from 1996 to 2002.
After that, they worked at Guhring Brazil as a Marketing and Sales Manager from 2002 to 2005, where they successfully implemented a strategic plan that resulted in a significant increase in sales.
Returning to Kennametal in 2005, Marcelo held several key positions, including Senior Global Product Manager, Manager Product Management, Global Tapping, Director Marketing EMEA, Director Strategic Pricing Americas, and Senior Global Product Manager Indexable Milling.
Most recently, Marcelo served as the Managing Director of the Latin America Region at Kennametal. In this role, they were responsible for managing the entire business and achieving double-digit year-over-year growth. Marcelo also increased customer retention rate and employee engagement significantly.

Marcelo Campos completed an MBA in Strategic Business Administration at Universidade de Sorocaba from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same university between 1996 and 2002. Marcelo also attended Escola Técnica Estadual Fernando Prestes from 1987 to 1990, where they received a High School degree in Mechanical Design Technician. In addition, Marcelo has obtained several certifications, including Strategic Deployment Workshop from Lean Focus in 2022 and Certified Pricing Professional from the Professional Pricing Society in 2015, as well as other pricing-related certifications in 2012.
