Silva began her career working at a Big Four auditing firm in Cyprus while studying to obtain her ACCA qualification. She then moved on to work for several years at a family office in Cyprus owned by an ultra-high-net worth individual. Here she enhanced her hands-on experience and knowledge in succession planning, wealth management and structuring of the family's private wealth in a tax-efficient and sustainable manner. She joined the KENDRIS Cyprus Private Clients team in September 2019. Together with the team she supports international families and their corporate structures.
