Nicky Lien has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They currently work at Kendra Scott as the Materials & Product Integrity Lead, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Nicky served as a Quality Specialist and Administrative Assistant at Kendra Scott from December 2018 to June 2020.

Nicky Lien completed a Paralegal Certificate Program at The University of Texas at Austin in 2013. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2012, Nicky obtained a degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations/Image Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
