Laura Ormon is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager with Kendra Scott, serving in this role since July 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing full lifecycle recruiting for a fleet of over 150 retail locations, maintaining a Time to Fill of less than 28 days, and managing the new store opening recruiting process. Ormon has progressively held roles at Kendra Scott, initially as a Senior Recruiter in both Retail and Corporate, where efficiency improvements were made in hiring timelines and candidate experience. Prior to joining Kendra Scott, Laura Ormon worked with Kappa Delta Sorority as a Chapter Services Coordinator and Leadership Development Consultant, enhancing chapter management and recruitment strategies. Ormon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Louisville.
