Bency Sebastian currently serves as Sales Manager at Ken Shaw Lexus, responsible for forecasting sales goals and managing the performance of new-vehicle sales employees since August 2023. Prior to this role, Bency worked as Used Car Manager at Yorkdale Toyota from January 2019 to August 2023, overseeing the sales and purchase process. From May 2006 to September 2018, Bency held the position of Divisional Manager at Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo, where responsibilities included managing the sales division of ex-lease vehicles and leading trade-in operations for a prominent automotive dealer in Bahrain. Bency earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing/Marketing Management from Sikkim Manipal University between 2008 and 2010.
