Randy Riches serves as the Director of Network Operations and Security at Ken Garff Automotive Group since July 2014, overseeing integrated voice solutions and data connectivity for a large auto dealer group with extensive reach across the United States. Prior to this role, Randy held various leadership positions at iBAHN, including Director of Global Programs, where responsibilities included managing service delivery and vendor relationships across multiple countries. Earlier experience includes roles at Pioneer Cable and STSN (iBAHN), focusing on customer service management and technical support for extensive network systems. Randy's technical expertise is complemented by educational pursuits at the University of Utah and various specialized training programs.
