Aaron Murray is the current Director of Customer Engagement & Training at Ken Cook. Aaron has previous experience as a Customer Success Manager and Head Trainer at Envisiontel and as a Global D2C Training Manager at Crocs, Inc.
Aaron Murray has extensive experience in customer implementation and account management of internal applications, including Enlighten CRM, Shop2CRM, Connect your salesteam, LMS checkout, Nroller, and 3rd party software such as Adobe Connect, Totara, Moodle, and Salesforce. Aaron is also experienced in the development and delivery of training materials for customers and internal employees.
At Crocs, Inc., Aaron was responsible for supporting the global retail business in the creation and delivery of training for crocs retail employees and crocs branded business partners. Aaron worked with countries and in the field to implement classroom and OJT (on- the-job) training strategies which contributed to increased levels of customer satisfaction, employee retention and development, and operational efficiency.
In their current role as Director of Customer Engagement & Training at Ken Cook, Aaron uses their wealth of experience to develop and deliver training programs that ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
