Dr. Anik is an experienced executive with over 30 years in the biotech, pharmaceutical and contract services industry. He is currently Chief Technical Operations Officer at Sutro Biopharma. He has held several senior management positions including Sr. VP. Technical Operations at Sutro, President, Pharmaceutical Development Services at Patheon, and CEO, Althea Technologies.

He is the founding president and former board member of the non-profit organization EPPIC, and Charter member of TIE, a global organization fostering entrepreneurship. He is also the Chairman of Valgenesis, a software company. Dr. Anik holds a bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Bombay’s Institute of Chemical Technology, a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University of Wisconsin, and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
