Judith Rowntree is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience across various sectors, including manufacturing, financial services, education, and the public sector. Currently serving as the Group Human Resources Manager at Kempston Controls since April 2019, Judith oversees the HR function to provide comprehensive HR services for the organization. As a Director of Spinnaker HR Ltd, previously JKR Human Resources, Judith has extensive expertise in offering HR services tailored to client needs. Prior roles include HR Consultant at Fairline Boats and Pearl Assurance, where Judith developed employment policies and managed HR teams. Judith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University and a Master's degree in Law & Employment Relations from Leicester University, along with membership in the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
