Kurt Irons has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kurt currently works as a Market Director at Kemper since July 2021. Prior to that, Kurt worked as a Sports Statistician at LIFETIME FITNESS from October 2016 to October 2021. Kurt also served as an Analyst in Product Management at the Automobile Club of Southern California from April 2019 to June 2021. Before that, Kurt held various roles at California Southern University, including Program Manager, Military | Data Analyst from 2015 to 2018, and Sr. Advisor | Project Manager from 2012 to 2015. Kurt has also worked as a Technical Advisor | Product Lead at Microsoft from 2011 to 2012 and as an Account Executive at California First National Bank from 2008 to 2011.

Kurt Irons earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2009. Kurt later completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Project Management from California Southern University in 2016. In terms of additional certifications, Kurt obtained a Project Management certification from California Southern University in the same year, a Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft in 2011, and a Tableau Desktop I & II Certification from Tableau Software.
