Angela Kotula is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kemper since 2006, Angela has a significant background in recruiting and HR functions. Prior to this role, Angela worked as a Senior HR Generalist at Community Hospice & Palliative Care, where responsibilities included hiring, performance management, and talent development for healthcare professionals. Angela began a career in recruitment at Computer Associates, focusing on technical, sales, and management roles while also training hiring managers on employment laws and interview best practices. Angela holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Northern Michigan University and has pursued additional education through summer courses at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and courses at Santa Fe Community College and the University of Florida.
