Paul Kimberling serves as the VP Finance & Accounting for the Americas at Kemira, leading financial operations for a $1B region within a $2.6B European chemical company since February 2016. Previously, Paul held the position of Senior Manager of Global Finance Projects at Eaton, overseeing multi-year initiatives in the Electrical Sector. Paul’s tenure at Eaton also includes a role as VP of Global Finance Process Optimization, where Paul spearheaded the expansion of Financial Shared Services, and as VP Finance for Cooper Wiring Devices, managing financial operations for a $300 million manufacturer. Paul began their career as Group Controller at Cooper Power Systems, focusing on financial management for an electrical utility equipment supplier. Paul holds a BBA in Accounting from Hardin-Simmons University.
