Gemma Christie is an accomplished Chartered and European Patent Attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property law and engineering. Currently serving as a Partner and Director at Keltie since April 2018, Gemma advises on intellectual property strategy and manages a diverse patent portfolio. In addition, Gemma is a Non Executive Director at Farnborough College of Technology since December 2015, contributing to the Corporation Board and the Audit Committee. Previous roles include Senior Counsel Intellectual Property at The Linde Group, where responsibilities included advising executives and managing patent filings, and a decade at Boult Wade Tennant providing patent advice and advocacy at the EPO. Early career experiences include engineering roles at Jaguar Cars and GKN PLC, and a summer internship at Schlumberger Oil Field Services. Gemma holds an MEng in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford.
