Tonya Stover is an experienced professional with a strong background in talent management and campaign support. Currently serving as the Talent Advisor Team Lead and Sr. Account Talent Manager at Kelly since September 2004, Tonya is responsible for business goals related to service delivery, recruiting, retention, and administration, demonstrating success in people management and achieving monetary branch objectives. Previously, Tonya worked as the Assistant Campaign Director at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, where support was provided to multiple Campaign Directors and Board members, contributing to the achievement of division goals. Early career experience includes serving as Office Manager at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, where preparation of monthly committee presentations and scheduling for physicians were key responsibilities.
