With a robust background in talent acquisition and management, Marvin has held various positions at Kelly, including Manager of Diversity Equity & Inclusion and Talent Diversity & Sourcing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed program design, team management, and embedding DE&I principles across employee experiences. Prior roles at Judge Technical Staffing and Kelly further developed Marvin's expertise in account management, service delivery, and recruitment processes. Marvin began a career in human resources at United Parcel Service, demonstrating a strong foundation in recruiting and employee engagement.
