John Velez is a Principal Real Estate Broker with extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently working at Keller Williams Realty Portland Premiere since March 2006 as a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Velez specializes in luxury home marketing and is certified in REO and short sales within the Portland Metro Area. Prior to their current role, Velez served as a Broker Associate in the REO Department and worked as a local listing broker for various banks. Additionally, Velez has held the position of LLB Broker at BLB Resources, Inc. since January 2013 and briefly served as a local listing broker for VRM Mortgage Services in 2013. Velez is also the CEO and Founder of A1 Custom Paint Removal Inc., where the focus was on restoring old homes in the Portland Metro Area. Velez holds an Associate's degree in Business, Spanish, and Accounting from Southern Oregon University.
