Manuel Berrios has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate industry. Manuel started their career as a Real Estate Broker Associate at NAI Realvest in October 2018 and worked there until April 2022. In 2022, they became the Chief Executive Officer of SmartParks Technologies, where they focused on the commercial real estate and proptech industry. In May 2023, Manuel joined Keller Williams Realty DTC as the Wolfpack Commercial Division Director and Commercial Division Manager. Manuel also currently holds the role of Retail & Office Advisor at Capital Stack Real Estate Group, starting in May 2023.

Manuel Berrios has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. In 2022, they obtained a certification as an ESG auditor from the ESG Real Estate Lab, specializing in Environmental, Social, and Governance Studies. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in subjects such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Python, Microsoft PowerApps, Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Predictive Analytics, and Business Management from LinkedIn.
