Frank Dylewski is an Associate at Keller Postman LLC. He litigates a broad array of disputes including arbitrations, class actions, mass torts, and government enforcement matters to deliver positive outcomes for his clients.
Frank has represented plaintiffs and defendants before state and federal courts and in arbitration tribunals across the country. Having prosecuted and defended a myriad of matters from case inception through settlement, trial, and appeal, he is a skilled litigator with experience in all phases and forms of dispute resolution.
At Keller Postman, Frank has helped drive litigation for several of the firm’s largest mass arbitration matters. Most notably, he represented roughly 75,000 individuals whose privacy rights were violated by Amazon’s Alexa smart home technology and over 200,000 consumers with individual claims against TurboTax for deceptive practices.
Currently, Frank represents thousands of veterans injured by defective earplugs that 3M manufactured and then and sold to the military. He also represents the State of Texas against Meta Platforms, formerly known as Facebook, for exploiting Texans’ biometric information in violation of Texas law.
